After over a decade of development, the department has achieved significant progress in clinical practice, education, and research. The team currently includes 2 Hong Kong-based consultant surgeons, 2 associate chief physicians, and 3 senior attending physicians, all of whom have undergone rigorous and systematic training in plastic surgery. The department operates 10 inpatient beds, handles nearly  10,000 outpatient visits annually, and performs over  2,000 surgeries per year.
