The International Medical Center offers direct insurance payment services and has signed high-end medical insurance direct payment cooperation agreements with many domestic and foreign insurance companies, realizing a win-win cooperation model of medical resources in the Greater Bay Area. It colaborates with major international platforms such as HK AIA and AXA to provide diversified high-end medical services for people traveling between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao.

Insurance Direct Billing Service  

Direct billing is a value-added service that pre-empts the claims process for high-end medical insurance. In essence,when patients visit a medical institution that has a cooperative relationship with the insurance company, they can present their high-end medical insurance card or guarantee letter and do not need to pay the full or partial medical expenses on the spot (depending on the coverage of their personal insurance). Afterwards, the hospital and the insurance company will settle the medical expenses directly.
