1.Self-service inquiry via WeChat

Steps: to search WeChat ID, “hkuszh” and follow our hospital’s official WeChat account (The University of Hong Kong-Shenzhen Hospital). Select "Smart Hospital", add an attending patient, and select "View Report" in outpatient services. The patient can view the results for the test, examination and ECG report inquiry within 180 days. The service is available for 7*24 hour.

2.Self-service inquiry and printing via Kiosks in hospital

There are kiosks in the first to the fourth floor of the Outpatient Block.

Firstly, click“report printing”on the screen→ select the type of report, i.e., test report, ECG report → select the type of registration document → select the date for query → check the examination items for report printing

Available from 7:30am-7:30pm, Monday to Sunday

3.Printing in Service Center

TheOutpatient Service Center, is located in the 1st Floor, Outpatient Block.

The patient should provide the ID card or medical insurance card during inquiry and printing.

Available from 7:30am to 7:30pm, Monday to Sunday.

4. Printing other reports

Some reports (e.g. pathology, examination results of consultation department) can be picked up at the nurse station of the consultation department.
