I. Visiting and going out regulations

1. strictly enforce the principle of "no escort if not necessary", only one person must escort, and enter the ward with the electronic escort card.

2. Our hospital implements "no visitation" management, in principle, no visitation is allowed.



II. The rights you enjoy during your visit to our hospital.

1. Fair medical treatment

 We are committed to providing fair and professional medical services without discrimination based on your gender, age, race, religion, nationality, status, illness or other characteristics.

2. Professional Identification

 You can refuse the medical services if medical staff are not wearing a professional identification card.

3. Medical participation

We encourage you to participate in the medical process and decision making, and you have the right to accept or decline the examination or treatment aftera notcie of the benefits and risks associated with it. You have the right to seek the advice of other medical experts, which will not affect the medical services we provide.

4. Medical Treatment Instructions

If you are unsure about any of the medical services provided, please feel free to ask questions and request clarification, and we will manage to assist you if additional language services are required.

In the event of complications, accidents, or other unpredictable outcomes, our physicians will work with the relevant staff to provide you with a detailed explanation and answer.

5. InformedConsent 

If you require surgery, invasive tests or treatment, anesthesia, blood transfusion or high-risk treatment, our doctors will explain the reasons for the arrangement, the success rate, possible complications and risks, and alternatives, and then ask you to sign a consent form. If the patient is unconscious or unable to express his or her wishes, we will explain and obtain consent from the legal representative, spouse, relatives or relatives. Only under the condition that consent is obtained will we perform the above mentioned tests or treatments. The exception is when the patient is in critical condition as required by law.

6. Protection of privacy

The hospital is obliged by law to keep your medical information confidential. We will do our best to protect your privacy during all clinical consultations and examinations. We will only use medical records for normal reasons, such as medical treatment needs, and other people may only know or access your medical records if they comply with regulations or have your consent. If necessary for research purposes, they must be reviewed by our Ethics Committee in accordance with the law in order to protect your safety and privacy.

If you do not want specific family members to know about your condition, please inform the medical staff in advance and we will respect this within the limits of ethical laws. If you do not wish to allow visitors to access your hospitalization information, we will also handle the situation appropriately.

7. Right to make decisions

We are a teaching hospital, and weask you to cooperate with related teaching activities in order to promote medical education and train excellent medical personnel. However, you may refuse any activities related to teaching and research. Your refusal will not affect the medical services provided by the medical staff of our hospital.



III. Obligations to be performed by you during your visit to our hospital. 

1. Cooperate with the treatment plan

  Please cooperate with the medical team's treatment plan, including medication, diet, exercise and rehabilitation programs, and inform the medical staff in detail of your personal information, medical condition, medical history, history of drug allergies and whether you are using other medical treatments, and other important information.

To protect your rights and health, please do not accept medical food or medicine from unknown persons.

If your doctor deems your condition unfit for discharge, while you insist on being discharged, you are required to sign a consent form for automatic discharge.

Due to the limited number of beds and medical resources, in order to ensure that beds are provided equitably to those in need, please follow the ward management requirements for bed adjustment, and you should be discharged promptly when your doctor assesses that you meet the indications for discharge.

2. Infection control

To protect the health ofall the patients, please cooperate with our infection control measures, especially during the peak season of influenza or other infectious diseases, take your temperature according to the hospital's instructions, wear a mask and wash your hands regularly.

Please do not bring infusions, drainage lines, wear hospital gowns, or enter public places such as restaurants. Patients with immune deficiency, fever, diarrhea or respiratory symptoms (e.g. cough) should avoid visiting public places such as restaurants.

Patients in special isolation are not allowed to leave the ward during isolation without the consent of the medical staff, and their caregivers are requested not to come into contact with other patients and their caregivers.

3. Environmental Hygiene

In order to maintain air quality and environmental hygiene, please cooperate with the total ban on smoking and eating food with strong odor such as durian; to ensure the effective operation of the central air conditioning, please understand and comply with the hospital's regulations on the management of windows, doors and balconies; please do not bring your pets into the hospital area.

4. Use of medical records

If you need copies of medical records, various types of diagnostic documents, copies of imaging materials, etc., please apply by yourself, your legal representative or an authorized person in accordance with government regulations, and obtain copies of medical records after payment.

5. Explanation of fees

Pleasenote the fees for diagnosis and treatment and how they are paid, and make payment in accordance with the regulations. Any self-pay medical items that are required or permitted by the government will be charged only after you sign the consent form for the self-pay items.

6. Safety in the hospital area

Please follow the hospital's visiting rules when you or a family member enters or leaves theward during your stay.

If you find any violent or suspicious person in the hospital, please help to inform the police or hospital staff to deal with it.

7. Responsibility for property management

The hospital is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings. If there are special circumstances that prevent you from taking care of your belongings, please contact the hospital staff for assistance. In the event of a loss of property, the hospital will do its best to assist in the search or, if necessary, to assist you in reporting the loss to the police station in the area.

8. Notes on photography and recording

In order to maintain normal medical order, maintain the peace of the ward, and take into account the privacy of other patients and our hospital staff, interviews, photography, photography or recording are not allowed in our hospital.



IV. Tips

(1)During hospitalization, please observe the hospital rules and wear a patient's uniform during your stay. Please keep your hospital deposit slip in a safe place (you will need to provide this slip when you are discharged from the hospital).

(2) Please bring your own supplies for your stay.

(3) The ward is a public place, so please do not bring in your laptop, cash, identification, jewelry and other valuables. If you bring them in, you must keep them in a safe place to prevent loss.

(4) In order to protect your personal safety, the balcony in our hospital is locked and managed. In order to ensure the smooth operation of medical and nursing staff, the doors of the wards and indoor bathrooms should not be unlocked.

(5) Hot water is available in the restrooms 24 hours, please pay attention to safety and beware of burns. If you need to use a hot water bag under special circumstances, please inform the nursing staff and use it under the guidance of the nurse.

(6) Smoking is strictly prohibited within the hospital. The ward is equipped with central oxygen supply, and the use of alcohol stoves, electric stoves, electric rice cookers and other electric devices in the ward is strictly prohibited, and you will be responsible for any adverse consequences.

(7) In order to ensure your rest and avoid disturbing other patients, please try to turn down the volume of the TV set. 12:30~14:30 and after 22:00 are the noon and night rest time, please turn off the TV and other audio-visual facilities and bedside lamps and other lighting facilities on time to avoid disturbing other patients' rest.

(8) Please take care of public property, pay compensation for damaged items, consciously maintain the hygiene and cleanliness of public places in the hospital, maintain the safety and quietness of the ward, no washing and drying of clothes in the hospital, clothes can be brought home by family members for washing.



V. Supervision and suggestions

(1) Our hospital stipulates that employee shallreject solicit or benefits, "red envelopes" or gifts from patients, their families or related organizations, so please help us to supervise. Please sign the agreement of "refusal to accept red packets".

(2) We have set up a suggestion box in each ward, and welcome you and your family members' valuable opinions on the hospital's work so that we can improve our work and servicesas quick as possible.
